Which one of 2 Eskimos rubbing noses? It is indeed romantic. Perhaps it is pre-sex... a proposition from the one on the right, with the one on the left pondering her response? ~ lonnit

I think I'll switch to the moon channel and just sit a howl for a few minutes.
I was *comparing* this picture - of two seemingly nude female characters on a blue background.. - to the one of the two eskimos rubbing noses.
I found this MORE sexually explicit. But I didn't mean to insinuate that "by the lights" were performed by the Gay Porn Quire.. merely that it is a romantic song.

I think Kiki was the only one that saw sex here. I saw intimacy with an aura of possible romance. I'm sure you thought sisters b/c they look alike. I assumed it to be one girl. Elana's nudes didn't seem to be about sex either. I don't think, in her small neighborhood, that people would have posed nude for her if it were about sex.

Lipstick lesbian club? Is there really such a thing? I didn't know clubs got so specialized! LOL! So, if a woman is butch and looking for a lipstick she's not allowed in? Hey, wait - how do YOU get in? As for your troubled friend, forget about what others thought, what you don't want is to possibly hurt him by misleading him - he could easily have taken your compassion for interest - which certainly you wouldn't want to do in his already low mood. Nothing wrong with compassion - just got to be careful about the message you're sending. ~ Lonnit

I see sex in almost everything....but not here. I thought they were sisters, maybe 2 years apart in age....but you know, I never saw anything sexual in Elena's shots either, nude, older younger, however posed.

But then I know an awful lot of lesbians...lipstick and the harder variety. Love 'em, love going to a lipstick lesbian club...damn, women have all the fun (and all the Good Parts & pieces). Interestingly, I found myself scratching the back of a young gay man the other night...he was having some trouble, I was trying to be reassuring....but I realized in a crowded room this could look decidely odd...but to my credit, I gave him a firm Masculine hug...hell with everyone.

At my stage of life maybe only kindness still counts for something.

Best Wishes, Traveller

P.S. I don't even see the title as suggestive...hummm...what's wrong with me?!?

Oh, good! Now I know where I can get some cheap backdrops!!! My backdrop stand was just delivered this week and I've got nothing to hang on it but bedsheets! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Nice. I can see that I need to sell my backdrops and get a 60 inch plasma tv. Think the wife will go for it? :D

LOL! Yes, we do drive the kids nuts with this stuff! Eye rolling seems to definitely be part of the whole thing, along with groaning. ~ Lonnit
Canon DSLR Challenge28-Jan-2008 22:02
LOL! Actually, she and I were trying to set up stuff to watch a movie. I saw her silhouette in front of the blue screen and hollered "Hold it! Let me get my camera!"

I'm sure she rolled her eyes, but I was already off for the camera. *grin* ~Lydia

I thought it was only men who tried to impress like that! Lydia, my darlin', are you quite sure you're not repressing? ;) LOL!

K, perhaps you are both in all ways! LOL! ;) As for the guys - have they no imaginations? Such straps do slip down so easily.

Perhaps you should find more sensuous clouds! LOL! ~ Lonnit
Canon DSLR Challenge28-Jan-2008 06:48
Nicely maneuvered, Lydia ;) So all this time you were really trying to impress with your big telly? j/k!!
Lonnit: I guess that basically answers your question: I either have a dirty mind or am some kind of amateur perv. That's why the guys haven't commented here of course. They *know* these things. They see spaghetti straps and immediately hit "next". Oh well.. what can you expect from someone who post clouds. *SIGH*

Glad to amuse you, Lydia. :) I thought this was your daughter. I also thought I saw a hint of spaghetti straps as well. Sexual? No, not really - romantic would be more the thing, if one were to push, but at the very least, intimate, which could have nothing to do with either, just being in a general personal nature. And yes, we can want for nothing greater than for our images to spark conversation! :) ~ Lonnit
Canon DSLR Challenge28-Jan-2008 01:50
I'm following this conversation with interest (or at least trying to follow it *grin*). These are both photos of my daughter. She was wearing a spaghetti-strapped tank top and staring at nothing in each shot. :) Since I already knew there was nothing sexual intended-- my daughter is still young--the misleading title was an accident on my part.

But, I'm glad you both find the image interesting enough to spark this much examination and discussion. That's what photography is for, huh? ~Lydia

Kiki my sweet... oh, but we certainly must! ;) But of course, my dear. You are confusing though. Here, I think I"ve gotten my answer, each time, and then you trough in a confounding statement at the end! A perv? Would that really be considered perverted? Oh, to hell with the unity of womanhood! LOL! ~ Lonnit
Canon DSLR Challenge27-Jan-2008 21:17
Lonnit, honey pie: We mustn't turn this into a personal matter. I meant kissing in general of course, and regardless of gender really. Good lord.. do you think I'm some kind of perv? lol

K2 - Oh, there's no doubt about the overtones of this image. Perhaps it was not intentional; perhaps it was subliminal. Dost she protest too much. ;) LOL!
Ok, now I'm confused with you! LOL! It seems like a cheeky admission on your part, but then there's no smiley to follow. Did you mistype, or did you inadvertently omit the smiley? *YOU* always close your eyes when doing stuff like that? What? When you're kissing women or when other women are kissing? LMAO! ~ Lonnit
Canon DSLR Challenge27-Jan-2008 20:11
Lonnit: It struck me as a paradox. Two nudes with Lolita style hairdo - in BLUE - with a romantic title to go.. strikes me as more sexually explicit than two winter-dressed girls where one gets a kiss more or less on her cheek.
Then again.. I quite agree with Lydia: It's an awful sight. I always close my eyes when doing stuff like that! Count sheep, that's my advice.

Personally offended K? ;) I don't think she slammed the girrrls - merely said she wasn't comfy with watching them kiss. Personally, what I find offensive is that any two people should have to feel hesitant to show their affection for one another. Love is a beautiful thing, be it family, friendship, or romance. As for these girls, isn't she one? U thought it was two exposures of the same person. The only thing that made me wonder not, was that the girl on the left has her ponytail a bit lower than she on the right. That, however, could just be from an adjustment between frames. I do so love their interaction though - one or two, the image just speaks volumes of story. ~ Lonnit

First you slam lesbians and then you post this lol. Nice work, anyway :)

Like I said... you've got talent. :) This is lovely and the mood is superb. It seems to be a wonderful, here I go again, intimate moment between them. You seem to be having a knack for that. Geez, the more I look at this the more I fall in love with it! Excellent story shot. ~ Lonnit

I like the silhouette, nice work.
