Right on topic, nice catch and colors. And this feels like the exact right amount of Genuine OOF.

Pops.. you know this, but anyway - since you were silly enough to ask:
Look at the upper left square inch of this, there's a diagonal "backslash" branch. See how some small darker and brighter than average areas are "trespassing" there, bleeding into the branch, shaping it and almost cutting it off. Also note the tiny "criss cross" pattern on the other small branches around it: Evidence of real bokeh. It's all too distinct and varied to be artificial blur. If this had originally been a focused image, no PP filter in the world would be able to introduce 'artifacts' like that.

You see it in the upper right square inch as well, several blueish "walnuts" or tulip shaped little blobs. Lots of non-uniform life. And again in green below the cats tail. Other places, like near its front paw, they are more perfect circles, two are even blending into each other, providing a brighter ellipse shape in center. This is the real stuff, the proof is all over the place. To fake something like that would take a very good painter - and probably a weeks work. There are those who are crazy enough to do it, the Photorealism genre painters. But most of them work based on photos in the first place.
