I'll take curved arms, please. A fun find, CJ. I like both this and the one in pending. It would be a difficult choice since they are distinctly different and tell different stories. An excellent choice to go b&w with these, IMHO. -Michael

Thanks for the comments! These couches were just out there by this fence about 75 ft from the road and I saw them as I and some friends were driving down Highway 174 in a somewhat rural area of N. California. I had just told my friends about the furniture challenge and decided to take a few pictures of the couches on the way back from lunch. Here's one in pending that I considered posting instead - what do you all think? CJ

CJ this reminds me of a joke a friend would often tell: "How to confuse an Irishman???.... hand him a bunch of shovels and ask him to take his pick!"
... well being an Aussie I have a bigger problem? I can only see two sofas???... no shovels or picks!

CJ I can only suggest that you place one in the lounge room and the other in the family room otherwise the styles might 'clash' (lol) ~ Regards Melbob

CJ, I feel like replying, "Do I really have to pick one?" Where in the world did you find such a pair!? I think the bw works well here to reinforce the disrepair, old age, etc. What a find! Regards jnconradie
