The Yellow Rose is beautiful!!! :)

This is lovely Victor! I like the repetition of the wave form in the chair and the colors are beautiful together. A different colored rose would work also I'm sure but you'd probably have to try it to see if it is a striking as this combination. CJ

Victor, I don't think anything could be better than the yellow rose. -Michael

I'm glad you guys like this as much or better than the other one. I was unsure which I liked better myself. This one makes the similarity with the furniture more obvious, and I was wondering if that would be too obvious. These yellow roses don't last long (they're very fragrant), but I have another bud forming. Maybe I'll have an opportunity for a reshoot later. Or I may use a rose of a different color. What do you think of the rose color, by the way? -- Victor

In some ways, I too prefer this over the more classic composition of the other version. This composition is quite unexpected and particularly fun. I would like to see the waveform shape of the armrest a little more punctuated...perhaps an additional light, low and from the back which just barely highlights the lower edge of the armrest. Dunno if that would actually work, I'm just guessing. My musing aside, this is very striking as is. -Michael

I think this image is much nicer than the previous one Victor but I think it works better if you drop the exposure a bit so that the highlights in the rose are not so blown and the backround merges into the chair to a degree.
