Lonnit, thanks.

Techo, I gave up IR when I moved to Canon dSLR. The shutter speeds are just too slow unless you purchase an IR modified camera. I'm not so crazy about IR that it was worth the expense for me.

I can share the post-processing because I went back to the original jpeg and did a fresh processing on it this morning (figuring I must have learned something in the last two years). Converted to b&w with channel mixer, mostly green channel and a splash of blue channel (80/20, I think). Heavy handed curves adjustment to bring the petals into white. Flattened, duplicate background layer changing the blending mode of the duplicate layer to "soft light". Mask applied to the duplicate layer so that I could selectively control the effect. A bit of dodging and burning, very slight sharpening. That's about it. -Michael

Exquisite! can you please share the post processing details? any luck getting the Canon DSLR to work with the IR filters out there?

Thanks :)
