6th Place
Moving Cloud
by Michael Kilpatrick

I have been thinking during this challenge that low light means long exposures and long exposures provide the potential for showing movement. When I went for a walk this evening, the weather was changing, with low clouds and strong wind.
I took my camera to the park and this is the result.
The blurring of the trees is caused by swaying in the wind, not Photoshop tinkering.
It was taken after sunset and most of the illumination is from the lights of Melbourne.
The title is also that of a well known Irish reel, to continue my Irish music theme.
EV is 2.7, by the way.

I love it. The amount of movement in the trees is just right :) Jim H.

Well done, Michael! I have been thinking for some time about trying to photograph the wind in the trees. You have done it beautifully! ~Sharon
