Thanks for your suggestion. I can see how you might prefer it that way, but I like it the way it is. What attracted me to this scene was the fact that I could see the details of the moon above the crescent, so I exposed it to reproduce what I saw.
I'll take advantage of your * in the title and say that i think this would look better with a less exposed moon. Perhaps overlaying another shot of the moon would help. I know this isn't easy and photo's with this done to them can look 'fake'. Great tower though. -brettpm
