The title makes me think. The more I look at it and think about it, the more I like the photograph. You have captured pain here, which is no small feat! The lighting not only suits the theme of the photo very well, but really supports it. The lighting isolates the parts of the face, and only those, which reveal the pain. The photo is a bit soft and therefore I prefer it slightly smaller. As it is here, I prefer viewing it in "medium" size (and I have a screen with 1200x1600 pixels).
