What a beautiful image, simply stunning. This is just my opinion but I beleive people read photos much like a written page, from left to right (in the western world) and in rows, I would really like to see just a hint of white sky in the right top corner to lead the eye further down the image and pick up the stunning foreground. I keep looking into top right and wanting more, some dull cloud would lead me to read the next line and pick up the foreground. Does that make sense? A great shot, something to be proud of. - Steve

This looks like a painting! It also has a HUGE 3D effect (and I hesitate to use that word, but for lack of something better...)

Anyway, there are so many layers and textures here. Wow. But they all work flawlessly together. BEAUTIFUL, Gayle!

Well, I cropped out the white sky rather than be told to crop it out. It wasn't terribly attractive but the only way to get this particular composition was to include it then crop later.

A beautiful scene Gayle, very well captured, great details and colour.

Wow. This is beautiful. On the one hand, I'm left wanting to see up higher, but on the other hand, the composition is great just as it is. Sometimes it's better to leave 'em wanting more. Not knowing what's been cropped off, I can't say whether I'd like seeing it or not. In any case, this one really grabs me.

Very nice, I love all the textures and overlapping. I also really like the way that you led the eye through the image. I am left wanting to see a little more at the top of the image with this crop, and am curious what lies above.
