I think one thing I really like about this shot is that the exposure allows me to see the light from the nightlight itself. The light through the blinds (I'm guessing) must have been just right for the exposure to allow that. I like the way the shot is composed, I guess. And the sharp angle of the light from the blinds really brings out the shapes in the receptacle and the nightlight itself. I also like the way the border you added repeats the thickness of the shadows cast by the blinds. That's a nice touch, I think.
