Many thanks for suggestions. I tried to fight the noise and decrease desaturation, hope that it is better now

Nice composition! The environment helps too. The noise on the dress and blotches of color on her face are coming from oversaturation. The colors should be fine desaturating to the original level even though the picture will become less colorful. - Roumen

Many thanks for comments

David: first of all, congratulations with the win! Now, face color: could you be more specific? The problem is that on my monitor it is close to what I have seen. Is it too saturated? Too much tilted in some direction? I would love if you would specify

Frank: you are right, 300D at ISO400 is pretty much noise free, especially resized to web size. However, this is a waist level candid taken at 18mm and the camera exposed it to the bright background. Consequently, the girl was WAAAAY underexposed, she looked like almost black silouette in original frame. I used heavily PS shadows/highlight to arrive at what you see now. Consequently, the noise on her dress is more like ISO1600 or even ISO3200. I should have applied some noise reduction but I did not.

I love the composition of this shot. Suits the phone conversation she is having well. I would like to ask what's with the noise? This shot should be noise free at ISO400 with the 300D. How did you post process this shot?

Alex,

I like the perspective and composition of this shot a lot. This is very interesting. I would however complain a little about the color quality which seems to detract a little from the photo (the skin tones distract me quite a bit). Otherwise, nice grab!
