Tucson

This was another shot taken at the roadwork storage area. I scrabbled around on my hands and knees to line the lone bollard up with the sun, something which I felt very silly doing.

When I picked myself up I found another photographer had arrived to take some shots. It made me feel just a little more sane, or maybe it's only photographers that get excited by a collection of signs and posts?

You have a capability to notice unusual in the most mundane things. Great find, this one

Love the perspective on this, they do look like they're looking up to the 'lit' one. --Melanie (mlynn)

Besides, isn't crawling around on the ground a 'rite of passage' for a serious photographer? ;)

Excellent image, and perfect title. You should feel pride not embarrassment in taking the extra "effort" to find and make this photo. Well done! -Earl Waud

Well, don't feel bad, I shot the toilets at the big home improvement place a few weeks ago. There was just something about 60+ different models of toilets stacked 3 high and 40 feet down the row that I found amusing - thought it would make a funny wide angle. I got some strange looks with that one!

This IS funny - very well seen and worth feeling a little foolish over. I like the way some of them are looking up at the divine one. Can you clone out the powerlines? Cindy
