Olaf and Angela, thanks for your feedback and nice words on the photo. Now, whether it fits the theme well... it's relative. For you it doesn't very much (which I respect). For others it might. I've had people comment on this image that there's certain mysterious and eerie feel to it... For some it pictures silence and silence is sometimes "scary"... I don't want to artificially apply these terms to this photo, but it is the moodiest shot I've taken (my subjective opinion).
Anyway, it will be fun to see what other pbasers think about it.

I hesitate to say this, but I'm in agreement with Olaf. While this is an extremely beautiful photo, I don't really find anything unsettling or scary about it. Perhaps there's a story behind it you could share?
