Without Love*

As we all know, The concept of love is very frigile to the younge. This is my son who thought for a moment he was alone and without our love because we told him off for something (a minor thing )

Thanks, but I cropped it to be centered, not all compositions need the 3rds rule, rules are there to be broken. I've read the books and know the rule well. What I don't understand is why everybody thinks it is the only way to take photos! :[ who are you anyway? rob

Nice picture of your son and interpretation of the theme, however, next time maybe try to have your subject's face not bullseye in the center of the object, it will make for a more interesting composition. Try using the rule of thirds. I like keeping some of the background in the shot though, adding to the sense of isolation. Good capture of something we all go through as children.
