It is indeed a great mood, a good capture, and yes clipping the tree like that is a shame. But we sometimes only find this out when we get home...... However it does improve your framing on subsequent outings LOL but still a wonderful picture.

Bill: I feel that way about pretty much every shot I post. My own worst critic. Best way to improve. But, that said, take pride/pleasure in what you did capture. Tremendous shot, with great mood and an engaging light gradient. Simple, yet extremely effective. --Joe

not picky at all, the image is not cropped, it is as exposed.....and i can make 10 million excuses, but from the minute i first started playing with the image, i wished i could shoot it again....This day was shared with my seven year old daughter and my 50ish dad.....they both where cold and wanted to go home.....

Great atmosphere. This is picky, but have you cropped it slightly too tight - looks like you've lost a tiny amount off the top and right of the tree. Phil

Very haunting, the fog makes is mysterious and desolate, almost like you expect some strange creature to come out of the fog.................... Vikas
