Super. Great colors, composition, and lighting, and you choose just the right moment. Really outstanding. R.J. (Imager)

ok, this is a greeeaaat picture, but how much is it due to the model ? ;-)
the only little thing that bothers me is this big yellow plastic part, but really it's minor !

Really beautiful Joe. Perfect exposure, focus, lighting, and, of course, that expression of hers that you captured. Truly, as you said, a "Kodak Moment"! --David Lee

Joe,
Her eyes are so striking and the backlit hair really makes the image pop. Beautiful! Roberta

Joe, your daughter's eyes are amazing and you do a fantastic job of capturing her natural glow. Every time I pull up this gallery page my eyes go right to this thumbnail. What a great portrait model (and a great kid too I'm sure :-)).

Yep, she's my daughter, and the handsome lad in the next image is my son. They are my constant rays of light and, thus, lead excruciatingly well-documented lives. Any skill I have with portraits I learned from them (*sMiLe*). Unfortunately, they have recently developed something known as "Camera Fatigue". The moment the lens swings their way, their shoulders droop, all energy leaves their face, and an audible sigh leaves their mouth. So I have to be opportunistic, quick, unobtrusive... a wily fox. :-) Thanks for your comments. --Joe

Joe, is this your daughter? She is such a charmer and very photogenic. Here is another great picture of her! Love her direct gaze and wonderful cheeks. Cute as can be! Ann C
