Please comment! I'd really love to have some feedback!

This is the first time I participate in some kind of challenge. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I didnt know if post processing in Photoshop is allowed. If not: sorry!

The picture was taken yesterday in my living room. Some thick white paper as background, bright halogen light as light source.
It is a blue glass filled with water (warm water after a few minutes).
The camera settings were ISO 400, 1/4000s, 5,4F at 135mm plus close up lens.
