Thanks for the suggestion, I don't normally shoot at this high of an ISO setting and hadn't even thought of neat image. It does clean it up quite well but I'll leave my original submission here.

You might try using Neat Image followed by some sharpening. It might clean-up some of the ISO 1600 noise. I think it is incredible that you were able to get this shot!
