In the Challenge thread, iso suggested "Perhaps you'll shoot in a style you don't normally do". OK, so I tried. Probably not difficult to figure out where my inspiration came from. Two installments posted here because I simply could not decide which might embarrass him more. So, iso, which is it? :-)

This one wins! Oh my... (everyone at work was wondering why I started spurting coffee from my nose.) This is so very funny and so well done. It would even be funny if we didn't all know who it was lurking outside the window. Ann C

Joe, you're a freaking NUT!!!!! This is hyserical!!!! I relied on Photoshop for the first challenge for the reason you stated. I'd only had 2 weeks experience so I had no right entering a photography challenge. But you man, with that flawless capture of your boy, you've got plenty of skill with the camera!

BTW, did you get a model release from Iso? Normally you wouldn't need it since the face of a normal person would be unrecognizable, but leave it to a lunatic like Iso to be recognziable even in a gas mask! LMAO! Superb job! ~Lonnit

Fessing Up: This is the composite of, now, three images (son, window, iso). The background and windowpane contents are entirely fake. I used layer effects to cast a light shadow behind my son and a slightly darker one behind curtains/below window. In re-defining the term "isomorphism", I inverted his image and changed some colors to match my scheme. I wanted a somewhat surreal effect, thus the pure background colors and unrealistic DOF. I suck with the camera, so I compensate where I can. :-) --Joe

Ha Ha Ha. It's just got to be this one. Your boy's expression actually works better in this one out of the three. I really laughed out loud at this. Thanks very much Joe!

How did iso put it?? "ROFLMAO" - Ralph Otto
BTW - Joe the lighting seems perfect! Was there a
green background used or were the images of the boy and
the window added in Photoshop?
