Hi Nico, thanks for the comment. I've been a bit tied up of late and otherwise committed, so not able to participate but gradually getting back to these more important matters of interest.

Yes, these are rather domesticated individuals masquerading as "ships of the desert" whereas in actual fact they probably get fed McDonalds?

Nevertheless, they are the closest thing to topics appropriate to this theme as one can get at the moment, flitting from one task to another with just fleeting opportunity to apply index finger to shutter button!

Look forward to more consistent involvement.

Much appreciate your comments, ~ Regards Bob

Recognizable as a Melbob work of art instantaneously! Camels down under... who would have thought! :-) Compliments.

Thanks Lydia, Troy and Sharon.... yep... you guessed it. These were captured in a very busy area of the city with very distracting people and junk all around.

I finally decided to remove the background by applying some masking / cloning/ erasing etc. Was considering extracting them and dropping them into a more appropriate background but a bit pressed for time. Too many distracting commitments at the moment.

Great camels, Bob! I do find the lack of back- and fore- grounds a bit disturbing though. It makes me wonder what you were trying to hide, were they in a parking lot? Still a very good exposure and really cool looking camels! ~Sharon
