Thanks, folks. Don't tell anyone but I wasn't lying on my back (scared to, actually, although they're really sweet and wouldn't hurt me on purpose), I was standing and bent all the way over as low to the ground as I, in my dotage, could get... and snapped as they looked at me. They're really a lot of fun... so inquisitive over anything new that I do. That's a sign of intelligence in horses, you know, inquisitiveness. My hubby's babies are SO smart! grin ~Lydia

Thank you, Mary Anne. The brown one is just a colt, so looks a bit distorted even in real life... although, I think he's totally adorable, of course. The white one (gray mare) is his grandmother. They are both really sweet. ~Lydia
