The eyes are so haunting. Was this a dog or a wolf? I really like the starkness of the shot. -dtallakson

Thanks Sharon. You are right, it was just flash, a camera mounted 550EX with omnibounce. The backlight was very strong... Rob.

Wow, Rob! What a wonderfully dramatic shot! Great start to the gallery. How did you get light on his face with the sun behind him? I am surprised that the flash, if that is what you used, didn't wash out his shadow. ~Sharon
