I like how the curved walkway leads your eye right to the lighthouse (with a momentary pause at the flare ;^) ) -dtallakson

You're a sweetie, Pops! I don't use my brain, though, LOL! I use my heart. :) I always shoot from the heart. And yes, about the long exposures - they are very special! I need to remember to do them more often. When you use your heart instead of your brain, though, the problem is that you forget a lot! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Miss Lonnit, it is always such a pleasure to see your stuff here. You have an eye for photographs that makes me wonder how I can get my brain to work in a similar manner.

That star burst of the light house's beacon is the crowning touch to this shot. It's amazing how a long exposure can totally change a picture.

Well then, that's a good thing if the image evokes emotion in you! LOL! I love the flare; it adds interestingness. The moment I first saw it I instantly went from "Oh, dang!" to "Oh, WOW!". To each his own, right? :) ~ Lonnit

Lonnit, I like this sooooo much, but the flare makes me crazy....but maybe you like it, like a fantasy bubble floating or something. Best wishes, Traveller
