You've named some of the best. The Evil Dead 'series' are high in the top ten ever. Black humor at its most outrageous. I haven't seen From Beyond so you've given me something to look foreward to. Newer horror movies always seem so derivative that I've given up going although Cloverfield was a good try. -tv

Not sure. That you like horror movies? I saw these in a periode I also watched Gordon Stuart's take on H.P.Lovecraft stories like Re-Animator and From Beyond, I liked those. In the less Sci-Fi'ish genre I prefer Sammy Raimi to Romero. Never laughed so much during a horror movie ever, as I did during Evil Dead 2. He doesn't exactly beat around the bush with dwelling cameras, that one. Full speed ahead :) -k2

Thanks Penny and Kiki. Maybe I should call it "Tree Zombie" or "Boo". The Pine looks startled. I have to admit I've seen most George A Romero films more than once. Especially the first, a truly great one. So what does that say about me...? -tv
