Mosaics, Missouri's Festival for the Arts was a festival in Historic St. Charles. We saw many booths w/ local and nationwide artists working in various mediums. Everyone was really nice and informative about their work. They even let our daughter Chloe, take photos for me since I couldn't be there early in the day. This will definetly be a yearly event for us.
