In the mid '80s Robert Fripp Leader of the musical group King Crimson started to teach his guitar philosophy to a select group of guitar students. He then took that group out in concert as "The League of Crafty Guitarists". This group then dispersed into smaller high quality Guitar based ensembles. "The California Guitar Trio" is made up of 3 extremely talented individuals that have a synergy rarely seen today in the music world. The photos do them no justice except to archive that thay played and i enjoyed. in this case it was at The Metlar Bodine House Museum, a historic home in Piscataway, NJ in its double parlor. they played 8 ft in front of approx 30 happy people and the lighting was a single torchier lamp in the corner of the parlor. The music was the atmosphere. I felt extremely lucky to witness their style and grace in addition to great music.
