Rock Creek Lake

Rock Creek Lake is located in the eastern sierras of California. The average elevation is around 10,000 feet. I was fortunate to be there when the fall colors were almost at their peak, and wish I could have been up there a bit longer to experience the many different moods Rocky Creek has to offer, ( only three days..ouch) All photographs taken with the Fuji S2 DSLR.

Beautiful gallery, Craig. I especially like the blended exposures on the flowing creek images!! Altho from SoCal for 50 yrs., I've yet to fully explore the Sierras, especially in the fall, photographically. aaahhhhh . . . . so many places, so little time!
