Insider view

Coniston OLd Man

from near top of The Old Man of Coniston past Low Water and Levers Water (diagonally towards top centre) and to Youth Hostel and parking area centre right. Instead of counting sheep when I am having difficulty getting to sleep, I try to re-enact walks I have enjoyed. In this case I am awed by the gallery being over 10 years old, yet the 350D output being well worth brushing down with modern software (DxO 11). Please join me on a virtual circuit and one of the Lakes classics

Canon EOS 350D ,Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6
1/500s f/14.0 at 21.0mm iso400 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Wow, this is exciting! Great view and shot. Think the 350 sensor is as good or better then today's Canon. V

My daughter still uses my 350D...can't imagine how many photos it has churned out. It is in my opinion far superior to my 7D, especially paired with the 60mm macro lens....I'm afraid I would have to wrestle her to get it back, but I would love to be using it again.
The view here is spectacular.
