Church of St Andrew, Greensted - 1

although know mostly for being a rare survival in UK of a "stave" church, more common in Scandinavian countries, this delightful little church is composed of later re-workings from the C14 & C15th

It does look sort of Scandinavian to me, but a charming church to see in the UK as well. Interesting mix of styles.

Looks good. Similar style (though detached) tower in Pembridge, Herefordshire.
