on St Giles road - I just love those 1st floor windows on the left coming right down to the floor. I had a flat like that in Liverpool at the end of my studies & could just get a small rocking chair onto the balcony and sip Lapsang Souchong from a real Chinese tea-pot bought from paddy's market for sixpence.

Should be general restriction on white and brightly coloured cars entering conservation areas
