Colwall - a peep at my parish - central to Hope End

Most of the walks and views from our house lie in the 2 parishes of Colwall and Eastnor (now separate gallery) which are composed of a series of Limestone ridges parallel to the Malvern Hills, broken by valleys each with its very individual character. Colwall has only the Church, Park Farm and the Ale House remaining in its original mediaeval location. It regrew from the early 19th century with commuters wanting to avail themselves of the westward views from the hills(another separate gallery) at first by Horse and Carriage, then from 1880 by rail and then progressively infilling between; the latter now nearing wrecking the lot. Evendine, originally a separate settlement now also a separate gallery
