Holly Best (on the right) has taught people how to groom Glens ...well, forever. The fur flies! Glens have terrier coats that require "stripping". The dead hair is gently pulled out (it usually doesn't hurt) to make room for a new live coat. This keeps the hair wiry and more resistant to catching burrs and debris. Glens have somewahat softer coats than some terriers, especially on the legs and underbody.
