Yes, it's a t-shirt.

I can't really tell from the picture, but is #3 a shirt? Or a poster? Has anyone seen one of those at the stands before, and if you so could you please help me out? Thanks!

WOOO! I got my shirt up there...number 4 I believe....I paided 35 dollars for that thing. I wanted a sweatshirt but that was 65..and I wasnt going to blow everything I had when I could just MAKE ONE or order one online or something.
Guest 09-Aug-2004 23:19
yes, i know that, but i wanted to know if they had the play list on the back. and for those who have seen them options- are there more than one styles for the sweaters? sorry, i really want one, but not with the playlist on the back. just a simple black sweater with the cure on it! sorry....if i wasted your time...
Guest 07-Aug-2004 09:01
The Cure's hooded sweatshirts are $65.
Guest 06-Aug-2004 20:24
does anyone know whether the cure sweaters/jackets with the weird heart on it, has the playing list on the back of it? please let me know.

Does anyone know how much the Interpol and Mogwai shirts are?
Ben 04-Aug-2004 10:16
Yeah, these shirts are way too expensive, especially when you're young and you have to go a long way to get to the show. I'm 16, I'm driving all the way from Calgary, Alberta, Canada to go to the Salt Lake City show.
Now that I see the prices I'm going to save my entire $350 (Canadian) pay cheque for merch, looks like I won't be eating for a day or two on my road trip!
Personally, I like the pink and blue shirts, but what do I know? I'm young.
Craig Parker01-Aug-2004 06:00
Yes, they have small sizes.
mysterymachine 31-Jul-2004 23:56
does anyone know if the t-shirts at the shows are available in smalls or mediums? or are they just large & xl?
Guest 30-Jul-2004 23:12
Why must shirts be so expensive!? I'm 17, I can't afford 30 dollar shirts.

I wonder if Muse Interpol and Mogwai shirts are cheaper. Though in this picture I can see a 3 in the mogwai sign. uh oh.

Nice selection though.
dandyboy 28-Jul-2004 15:31
yeah, i'm with the rockwomble on this one! interpol! muse! the rapture! mogwai! a 30-odd date tour! and in england we get one lousy festival appearance!
quit moaning!!
(i should listen to my own advise there, methinks!)

Stephanie, sorry to put your back up. Yes, you have the right to your opinion, and I didn't mean you are lame, just that there seems to be so much negativity around these days. What are your thoughts on the album cover? There seemed to be a lot of backlash about that, too. I like the graphics, just because they're different.
Kitty 27-Jul-2004 17:17
Oh for gods sake!! its bad enough that Curiosa isn't coming over to England without teasing me with the merch! Looooooving the pink girlie ones, bands always forget that girls like nice fitted and, well girlie t-shirts!! hmmmm might have to try and pay some extortionate price on ebay for one.... :-(
gwyneth 27-Jul-2004 17:00
i like the kitty cat shirt....and the standard shirts also come in a girl cut, with the stretch fabric so they fit our figures...anyway, my only wish is that the 'girl' shirts had the tour dates on the back (none of them do..except the standard tour shirts)...no need to be picky...at least there are options.
Stephanie 27-Jul-2004 14:09
Settle down "kids". Yes, I'm the apparent "lame person" in making the remark about the colors. I have the right to an opinion. I'm also speaking as a graphic artist too and just find the artwork and layouts not really visually pleasing and worth paying $30-$35 dollars for. And yes, I know all about the physical properties of black in the heat...it is all we wear, especially my husband since he is clergy. Yes, a priest can love the Cure too! He wasn't jazzed by the merchandise either.

I think it's lame to remark on how bad the colors are.. Who cares?? I think it's a great selection, and I can't wait to see it in person. For the record, I'm 30 and recently bought a 'baby blue' band shirt at Coachella. It's nice to have different colors. Do you know how hot black makes you feel in the summer where your average temps are in the 90s farenheit? Settle down.
Julian 27-Jul-2004 12:58
It seems to me there is a good combo of colours, the traditional black and white, the black background with the new logos and finally a girlie pink and blue, just to make sure everyone is satisfyed, what is so wrong about meeting the needs of new/younger fans that do appreciate such colours ??? I don't really care if they wear a Cure shirt in orange and lemon as long as they stop listening Britney and start listening The Cure and the other bands on the bill.
Kim 27-Jul-2004 05:14
Yeah I noticed only the younger people were buying the pink and blue shirts...the people mostly in tour shorts already bought the cure tour shirts...I dunno..its all good...I love number 3...tis the best...
TONY 27-Jul-2004 03:18
I DON'T SEE HOW PEOPLE CAN BE SO UPSET WITH THE IMAGES ON THE MERCHANDISE THE CURE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A FUN SIDE!!EVERYDAY CAN'T BE ALL BLACK & GRAY!!
Craig Parker27-Jul-2004 02:42
But that's what "the kids" like. : )
Stephanie 27-Jul-2004 02:34
I'm glad I saw the picture...now I don't have to bring as much money! The graphics on the shirts and "kitch" trinkets look aweful! PINK & BABY BLUE???? This is not a Britney Spears tour...yuck!
