A spontaneous trip to Parma to visit my friends Mike and Julie. I was met with warmth (only figuratively speaking however, because it was molto cold there) and felt right at home. They've found a nice place about one second (as Ryan would say) from the center with everything they need within a three-minute walk. The town is very quiet, very friendly, and very into the arts. Oh, and lest we forget that it's home to prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano cheese, my favorite. You will have no problems with food in this town - yum yum yummy.
