I have to admit I was very pleasantly surprised with this city. The center, at least, is immaculate with beautifully hand-maintaned roads and sidewalks, funiculars, little trolleys, and a public transportation system that really kicks arse. I was here in the middle of August, which is my only regret - there was no one around (all on vacation) and everything was closed. There is plenty to see that pleases the eye and it's very easy to get around using only English. It's one I will visit again someday!
