"Maya Diamond Condo #118" This condo is on our 50th street property and is first floor with approximately 600 square feet of living area featuring a full length patio with court yard views. The condo has it's own Weber propane grill on the patio. Our condo's are American maintained and constantly being updated. It is not pool side but the pool can easily be accessed with a short walk around the corner. It is one bedroom with a king bed with a 10 inch memory foam mattress and a full 8 foot lighted closet with plenty of shelving and a wall safe. The rental is priced out for two people but can sleep three people by adding a twin bed in the dining area. The condo includes a full kitchen with a 6 burner SS gas range, 30 inch microwave above the range, full size 32 inch SS refrigerator with ice and water in the door, drinking water in a refrigerated cooler, garbage disposal with a deep single bowl SS sink, under kitchen cabinet lighting, blender, stand mixer, toaster oven, Cuisinart coffee maker, juicer, all utensils, pots, pans, silverware, dishes plus much more. All utility cost's are also included in the rental. Included in the rental is free out bound calls using Vonage North America plan to the US and Canada and basically the rest of the world. The condo's on this property have a separate Vonage inbound US phone number (941-621-3394) with a Panasonic CPU and answering/messaging system. Vonage customers can also call in bound toll free. The local (Tel Mex) phone number for this property is 987-872-2111. There is a 42 inch HDTV wall mounted flat screen TV in the living area and a 32 inch HDTV flat screen TV in the bedroom with programming using a ROKU box via the internet. All condo's have a separate independent internet modem within each condo sharing the 5 meg's of inbound internet with an open US VPN configuration. Hot water is supplied by it's own on demand propane gas hot water heater and has a pressurized water system. The condo rents for $1,850.00 USD plus 19% tax monthly or $700.00 USD plus 19% tax weekly. Additional person charge is $25.00 USD per week plus 19% tax. Off season rental rates June thru December 15th offer a 25% discount plus 19% tax. Auto, moto and bike rentals available. I was given your email address by Doug Knipe who we have rented a condo from in Cozumel for a few years and he asked us to drop you a line. We highly recommend their place (Diamond K ). It’s a bit off the beaten track (one mile from ocean) which allows you to feel like you are actually in Mexico...and Doug and Terry make every effort to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The apartments are modern, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for eating, etc. The area is safe and close to big stores for stocking up fridge,etc. They have a beautiful large pool, and all grounds are as well beautifully maintained. For us it was a great intro to the "ins and outs" of Cozumel and Mexico, as Doug and Terry help with anything that comes up or know where to direct you, and that is sometimes invaluable in a foreign country.
