"Velvet Obsidian #116" This condo is second floor POOL SIDE and has a balcony facing the pool. Our condo's are American maintained and constantly being updated. This condo is on our main house property and is located on the second floor of our 3 story "bodega" building and is approximately 675 sq feet in size with a 70 sq foot balcony with a "weber propane gas grill" and a 4 place out door table and chairs offering the best pool view. The condo is one bedroom with a lighted 8 foot closet with plenty of shelves and a wall safe. It has a queen select comfort/sleep number bed. The rental is suited for two people as there is no room for additional beds. It has a fully tiled bath with stand up shower (NO tub) and has a hair dryer. Hot water is supplied by a propane gas on demand hot water heater within the condo and has a pressurized water system. The condo includes mini split A/C in the bedroom and one in the living area, full kitchen with a 4 burner with center grille SS propane gas range with a 30 inch microwave above the range, 30 inch SS LG refrigerator and stand alone refrigerated water dispenser, single bowl SS sink with garbage disposal, under kitchen cabinet lighting, juicer, blender, toaster, cuisinart coffee maker, and all utensils, pots, pans, silverware and dishes. Included in the rental is free out bound calls using Vonage North America plan to the US and Canada and basically the rest of the world. The condo's on this property have the main inbound phone number (941-375-2388) and our magic jack number is (555-345-9808) with a Panasonic CPU and answering /messaging system. Vonage and magic jack customers can also call in bound toll free. The condo has a wall mounted 32 inch HDTV flat screen HDTV with ROKU programing via the internet. All condo's have a separate independent internet WIFI modem within each condo sharing the 5 meg's of inbound internet with open US/Florida VPN configuration. Most of our condos have schlage keyless entry door locks. A laundry room with a washer and gas dryer is available for your use. Cost of the condo is $1,750.00 USD plus 19% tax monthly and $650.00 USD plus 19% tax weekly. Low season rates June thru December 15th offer a 25% discount plus 19% tax. All utilities are included in the cost of the condo. Auto, moto and bike rentals are available. I was given your email address by Doug Knipe who we have rented a condo from in Cozumel for a few years and he asked us to drop you a line. We highly recommend their place (Diamond K ). It’s a bit off the beaten track (one mile from ocean) which allows you to feel like you are actually in Mexico...and Doug and Terry make every effort to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The apartments are modern, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for eating, etc. The area is safe and close to big stores for stocking up fridge,etc. They have a beautiful large pool, and all grounds are as well beautifully maintained. For us it was a great intro to the "ins and outs" of Cozumel and Mexico, as Doug and Terry help with anything that comes up or know where to direct you, and that is sometimes invaluable in a foreign country.
