Hirundo rustica rustica - Europe, West-Asia and North-Africa. Winters to sub-Saharan Africa and South-Asia;
Hirundo rustica transitiva - Lebanon, Syria, Israel and West-Jordan;
Hirundo rustica savignii - Egyptian Delta (south to Luxor);
Hirundo rustica gutturalis - East-Himalayas to Northeast-Myanmar, Korea and Japan. Winters to North-Australia;
Hirundo rustica tytleri - South-Siberia to North-Inner Mongolia. Winters to India and Southeast-Asia;
Hirundo rustica saturata - East-Siberia. Winters to South- and Southeast-Asia;
Hirundo rustica mandschurica - Northeast-China. Winters to Southeast-Asia;
Hirundo rustica erythrogaster - Alaska and Canada to South-Mexico. Winters to Argentina.
