Lois Hole Centennial Provincial park was created in 2005 in memorium for a prominent buisness woman, volunteer, advocate, Chancellor of the University of Alberta, Lieutenant Governor of Alberta, and resident of St Albert. The park currently consists of Big Lake, its shoreline, and some surrounding forest. These are photographs taken within or near its boundaries. A selection of the photographs in these galleries are now available for purchase at www.wildstalbert.com If you do not find what you are looking for there please drop me a line and I'll upload a printable version for your consideration.
Jim, thanks for your visit and I am pleased you enjoy viewing my photos. I'll try to identfiy the subject matter where I can but I am no biologist so it takes quite a bit a research to track down exactly what I have captured sometimes, on a few occasions I have been slightly embarrased by an incorrect identifcation so now I tend to keep it safe!
Please keep stopping by and check out my "new" galleries from time to time as I am constantly updating them. Dave.
