I followed some working divers around under the ice at Atlas Park and took a few pics. Atlas Park is a flooded rock quarry which is spring-water fed, and has been transformed into a recreational facility that includes scuba diving. The quarry has depths ranging from a few feet to around 100ft. There are a couple of boats sunk for divers to see. This park is often used for student diver check-out training dives.
The water temp this day averaged 2.7C, the surface temp was at least 10C. The ice was at least 14" thick. The day of the pics it was sunny, visibility was good in the water except when silt was disturbed by the activities of the divers.
