Paradise at Longboat Key

Longboat Key is an island on the west coast of Florida, south of Tampa.

We rented a condo at the Beachcomber for a week. The girls enjoyed the beach, and I experimented with photography. The sunsets on this page were all taken from there. I bracketed some sunset photos to +/- 1.5 stops and used Efex HDR to get more dynamic range. The title shows which are HDR.

St. Armands Circle is actually on Key Lido which is 100' south of Key West. It is known for the shopping. They have more statues than ice cream shops, which is a lot.
