Amigo, if ever tried goat cheeks ( I didn't, but can only imagine ), you would've understood what Monica-princess went through... Seriously, I could've paid -40 Euros ( I underline "-" ) just in order to be absolved from this life time experience, LOL ! Hopefully it was Monica's sweetheart-husband who took on his shoulders all burdens of that night ?!
What puzzles me most are 2 identical pieces of bread on the opposing plates...I just cannot get over the fact that they serve only 1 small piece per capita with this overly elegant dish ?! And for 14 Euros !!!!
They served us exactly they same thing when I was in the army, but they also were generous enough not to charge us 14 Euros which you, likely, paid for this sofisticated dish, LOL !
