This is my second business trip to India. I first visited Delhi in 2004. In this trip, I found the living standard in Mumbai was a bit better than in Delhi. The streets in Mumbai were narrow, very badly paved and dirty. Public facilities and buildings were lack of maintenance, and they were all in poor condition.
