Okay, so I was a little sneaky. I changed the 'D' in the sign using PS. I just couldn't resist. These guys just drive me mad when they park their car along the busiest roads during peak hour just to enforce the very rule they are breaking. It is a clearway for good reason and if you have one park there, you may as well allow everyone because it defeats the purpose.
