Lansones- is came from the beautiful province of mindanao.
is a sweet filipino fruits.
they have different sizes.
a.small
b.medium
c.large
rich in nutrients such as:
protien,vitamin & minerals
they also have vitamin c.
they give us goodhealth.

Lansones can also be found in some Asian markets in Toronto area in Canada. I heard that Pacific Mall and the surrounding markets sell this fruit.
