Aerial photography over County Durham

Sue and I made a short 30 minute flight over Durham County last week, May 5th (from Durham Tees Valley airport). I wanted to photograph the bright yellow fields of oil seed that appear at this time of year (called canola oil in the USA). Because we had the airfcraft for only about 45 minutes I was not able to do any optimal positioning so most of these images were taken on a single fly-by.

This is a very interesting series of images. I would love to do this sometime! Rape always makes me sneeze and even looking a it on my pc I am atishooo.....!

Pretty neat series, I like the sprayer truck lines and cicles in the fields. What kind of crop is this? I did some aerial on my home county a few years back and posted up a few.
