Cristi got a storybook that is about advent.
It is a story a night,and we let the kids take turns lighting the advent candles.
Want to keep 2 young boys attention...let them play with fire!!

It's good to slow down and all sit around and listen to mom read a story(her favorite thing)
As soon as the story is over Olivia asks if I am going to lay down with her awhile and talk.
It's hard to stop the initial "I really have a lot of paperwork"feeling UNTIL

I am reminded little girls NEED their dad's attention or they get it somewhere else.
A very sobering motivating thought.
