These are 2 very dear friends we met when I first started practice in Kilgore.
Louise got pneumonia and so we saw each other every day at the hospital,H was,of course,there all the time
We prayed together,laughed together,suffered together,and just really got to know each other
Cristi and I got a great idea,to have the older generation(world war II) over for dinner so our kids would have the great learning experience of , not only helping Cristi with dinner,but learning manners, and most importantly,hear their perspective on this screwed up world we live in.
They were our first couple and it was even better than we could have hoped.
Most who know me know how mucn I respect their generation,and how they live.

DONT MISS a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to learn.
Try having someone like the Hodges over,
and just listen.
