Thank you all for your good thoughts and prayers today.
The sleet began just as my daughter and I left Sierra Vista at about 1:20 pm.
By 1:30 pm the snow was falling hard and fast and visibility was very poor.
As we got close to home, between Benson and J-Six, we saw a semi that had jackknifed on the
opposite side of the road and traffic was tied up for miles. Ugh.
My daughter Amy had to drive because my eyes were dilated! She did a great job.
We got home safe and sound a little after 2:30 pm. Look how much snow we got in an hour!
It is still coming down thick and fast and our Blizzard Warning is on until 11:00 pm.
(Just two days ago I spent a beautiful day in a park without even having to wear a jacket.)
