I don't see this image as a "find," Claudia -- you did not discover this image sitting there waiting for you to make it. You saw the elements, recognized their potential for expression, and then made a striking image of them by including just as much as necessary to make it work. The muted soft colors and fuzzy focus bear out a theme of loss and the passage of time -- the red blanket on the back of what appears to be a broken toy horse, makes a poignant subject.
It has a timeless look to it - apart from the blanket, which I guess only in recent times would grace the back of a small pony or donkey. A lovely find!
